The following rubric is a version of the Complex Presentation rubric.

Conventions of a newspaper
(K/U)

- Some components are missing while others have limited accuracy or relevance.

Communication appropriate to media/final product format
(C and A)

- limited effort for presentation; little visual resemblance to a newspaper

- some attention to designing product to look like a newspaper

Language Conventions
(C)

- Text contains many errors with little attention to newspaper article styles; e.g.. pyramid format

- text has some noticeable errors though the article style resembles newspapers articles

Note: A student whose achievement is below level 1 (50%) has not met the expectations for this assignment or activity.
