Criteria

Preparation

- It is obvious that the student did a great deal of work to prepare. Nothing read.

- More than an average amount of work was done to get ready. Very little read.

- an average amount of work was done to prepare, some reading

- The presenter was prepared. Far too much reading.

Organization

- Well organized and ready to handle any eventuality.

- Presentation is good but could be better with more attention to detail.

- Presentation is fair, student was unfortunately sidetracked.

- The presentation was lacking and poorly organized.

Voice

- Excellent voice, good tone and modulation. Pace was excellent.

- most words were clearly spoken but some were hard to understand.

- little change of pace with regard to voice modulation or speed.

- much of the presentation was lost due to poor speaking skills.

Audio/Visual

- Audio visual aids added measurably to my understanding to the material.

-The use of aids was good but not great.

- Aids were used but did not really add to the presentation. A wider application would have helped.

- Use of aids were lacking and would have added to the presentation.

- It is obvious by the presentation that the student is able to use the system seamlessly.

- The use of the media was good but not great.  A need to rehearse more is obvious.

- There were obvious glitches that could have been better with more effort.

- The student is still uncomfortable with the media.

Audience

- was totally involved and asked many questions.

- was interested and seemed pleased with the presentation. Some questions were asked.

Responses

- every question was answered with complete skill and each answer was germane to the work.

- was extremely relevant to our class discussions and society in general.

Value

- was extremely valuable and I learned a great deal of information I did not previously know.

- was valuable and I learned some information that I found of worth.

- was of value but I knew much of the information already.

- was not of value since I did not really learn any new information.
