Fitness Club
SWC Bulldogs Fitness Club is a fun and healthy way to stay fit and make new friends! It’s a group who meet twice a week in the weight room after school to do various exercises and activities that improve our physical and mental well-being. You will be given tips on how to improve your fitness level and avoid injuries. 💪 Some of the benefits of joining the fitness club are: • You will get to exercise in a safe and supportive environment with others who share your goals and interests. • You will learn new skills and techniques that will help you improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination, and posture. • You will boost your confidence, self-esteem, mood, and energy levels by staying active and healthy. • You will have fun and make new friends who will motivate you and support you along your fitness journey. The club is open to everyone (Students and Staff!!), regardless of their fitness level or experience. The only requirement is that you have a positive attitude and a willingness to try new things.
