The DSBN and Niagara College have a unique opportunity available for Grade 12 students called Connecting to College (C2). This program is for students who would like to experience the college environment, thereby exploring whether it is the right post-secondary option for them.
Students apply through the Student Success Office typically in late May of their Grade 11 year. In the general C2 program, students attend one of Niagara College's campuses in the afternoon, Monday to Thursday. They take 2 general elective college courses which are preset each year. These are dual credit courses - students earn both a high school credit AND a college credit for the same course. There is no fee for this program and transportation is provided.
See Mr. Onclin in the Student Success Office for more information.
